Equipment

  • 1 Loaf Pan
  • 2 Mixing Bowls medium and large

Ingredients

  • 3 Cups Super Fine Almond Flour
  • 1 Cup Rolled Oats
  • 1 tsp Baking Powder
  • ½ tsp Baking Soda
  • ½ tsp Cinnamon
  • ½ tsp Fine Sea Salt
  • 1 Cup Mashed Ripe Bananas (about 2½ bananas)
  • 3 Large Eggs beaten
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • ½ Cup Pure Maple Syrup
  • ¼ Cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • ½ Cup Chocolate Chips optional

Instructions

  • Preheat Oven to 350℉. Grease a loaf pan and line with parchment.
  • Add the dry ingredients to a large mixing bowl, excluding chocolate chips, and stir to combine.
  • Stir the wet ingredients together to combine in a medium mixing bowl.
  • Pour the wet ingredients into the large mixing bowl. Using a spoon stir to combine. Fold in the chocolate chips.
  • Pour into the loaf pan and bake at 350℉℉ for 45 minutes. Remove from the oven and allow the bread to cool in the pan for at least 30 minutes. This step will help the bread to be less delicate. Do not skip this step.
  • Remove the bread from the pan. Cut and serve. Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container and consumed within a few days. Enjoy!
