Ingredients
3CupsSuper Fine Almond Flour
1CupRolled Oats
1tspBaking Powder
½tspBaking Soda
½tspCinnamon
½tspFine Sea Salt
1CupMashed Ripe Bananas (about 2½ bananas)
3Large Eggsbeaten
1tspVanilla Extract
½CupPure Maple Syrup
¼CupExtra Virgin Olive Oil
½CupChocolate Chipsoptional
Instructions
Preheat Oven to 350℉. Grease a loaf pan and line with parchment.
Add the dry ingredients to a large mixing bowl, excluding chocolate chips, and stir to combine.
Stir the wet ingredients together to combine in a medium mixing bowl.
Pour the wet ingredients into the large mixing bowl. Using a spoon stir to combine. Fold in the chocolate chips.
Pour into the loaf pan and bake at 350℉℉ for 45 minutes. Remove from the oven and allow the bread to cool in the pan for at least 30 minutes. This step will help the bread to be less delicate. Do not skip this step.
Remove the bread from the pan. Cut and serve. Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container and consumed within a few days. Enjoy!
