Spinach Coconut Protein Smoothie

This favorite green smoothie is packed with protein for a quick, yet satisfying breakfast or lunch. Made with fresh baby spinach, almond butter, plain Greek yogurt and coconut water, it is as refreshing as it is filling.

  • 1 Blender high speed

Ingredients

  • 2 Cups Baby Spinach
  • 8 oz Coconut Water
  • ½ Cup Plain Greek Yogurt 2%
  • 2 Tbsp Almond Butter
  • 3 Dates pitted
  • ½ Banana
  • 1 Cup Ice

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients to high speed blender and blend until smooth. Split between 2 cups and serve with a straw if desired. Enjoy!
