Add chicken breasts to the bottom of a slow cooker. Spoon spice mixture atop the chicken.
Pour broth over the chicken. Cover with the slow cooker lid and set to cook for 4 hours on low heat.
Once cooking is complete, remove the chicken breasts to a cutting board, reserving the cooking liquid. Shred the chicken with 2 forks. Transfer to a large bowl. Ladle or spoon about ¼-½ Cup of the reserved cooking liquid over the shredded chicken to preserve moisture.
Shredded Chicken can keep in the fridge for up to a week when covered tightly. Use as needed.
