Instructions
*Please note, only 2 tbsp of dry mix is needed to prepare a bottle of dressing. Values for oil, vinegar and water are to be combined with ONLY 2 tbsp of dried mix.
Combine all DRY ingredients in a jar, bowl or container. Mix together with a whisk, or seal a container and shake. This is your Dry Mix, which will be used to prepare Mom's Italian Dressing. There are 4 servings of dry mix. You can store this dry mix in a sealed container in your pantry for up to 12 months.
To prepare the dressing, measure 2 tbsp of the Dry Mix into a separate jar or bottle.
Add ¼ Cup White Vinegar, ⅔ Cup Extra Virgin Olive and 2 tbsp Water to the jar or bottle. Whisk or shake to combine.
