This bright and flavorful dressing comes together in less than 5 minutes and uses just 5 simple ingredients (plus salt and pepper). Perfect for tossing in salads, dressing roasted vegetables or even using as a marinade for chicken.
Add ⅓ Cup of Fresh Lemon Juice to a Mason Jar or bottle, with 2 tsp Red Wine Vinegar. Add Miso Paste, minced garlic, olive oil and salt and pepper to the jar. Shake vigorously to emulsify.
Dressing may be refrigerated for up to a week. Simply remove jar from fridge and leave on counter for 20 minutes to return oil to a liquid state. Shake vigorously prior to using.
