These juicy Greek Burgers are flavored to perfection with Greek-inspired seasonings, feta cheese and almond flour. Paired with Pitas, a colorful Mediterranean Rainbow Salad and Tzatziki these ground beef patties make Burger Night unique and so delicious!
Add all ingredients to a mixing bowl and with clean hands, combine ingredients until mixed well.
Form into 8 evenly sized balls, rolling with your hands.
Using the back of a measuring cup, or the palm of your hand, press each ball until about 1" thick to form a patty.
Heat indoor grill pan over Medium Heat. Ensure space between each patty and grill (in batches if necessary) burgers about 3-4 minutes per size, or until 160℉ in the center.
Serve in a pita, cutting the bread in half and splitting with your fingers first to make room for the burger patty. Top with Easy Mediterranean Rainbow Salad and Tzatziki if desired. Enjoy!
