Heart healthy Oats, Chia Seeds and Walnuts, are prepared with protein rich Greek Yogurt and Coconut Milk for a delightful breakfast reminiscent of a favorite dessert!
Combine the yogurt, coconut milk, oats, chia seeds, vanilla, honey, maple syrup, unsweetened coconut flakes and walnut pieces in a large bowl and stir to combine.
Gently stir in 1 sliced banana.
Spoon into individual serving containers or mason jars, if desired. Or leave in bowl if individual portioning is not desired.
Top with coconut chips.
Refrigerate for 2 hours or overnight.
When ready to eat, add freshly sliced banana and crushed graham crackers to each serving.
