Baked Apple Chips

Equipment

  • 1 Baking Sheet
  • 1 Mandoline or slicer
  • Parchment or Silicone Mat

Ingredients

  • 2 Apples medium
  • ½ Lemon juiced
  • 2 tsp Cinnamon
  • 2 tbsp Water

Instructions

  • Preheat Oven to 200℉.
  • Thinly slice 2 apples using a Mandoline or slicer, roughly ⅛" thick.
  • Juice half a lemon, and add 2 tbsp water to a bowl. Toss apple slices with mixture.
  • Place apples in a single layer onto parchment lined baking sheet. Sprinkle with cinnamon.
  • Bake for 1 hour. Remove tray from oven and flip slices. Return to oven for additional 1 hour of baking. If not crisp enough, you can return to the oven in 20 minute increments until desired doneness is achieved.
