½Lemonjuiced
2tspCinnamon
2tbspWater
Instructions
Preheat Oven to 200℉.
Thinly slice 2 apples using a Mandoline or slicer, roughly ⅛" thick.
Juice half a lemon, and add 2 tbsp water to a bowl. Toss apple slices with mixture.
Place apples in a single layer onto parchment lined baking sheet. Sprinkle with cinnamon.
Bake for 1 hour. Remove tray from oven and flip slices. Return to oven for additional 1 hour of baking. If not crisp enough, you can return to the oven in 20 minute increments until desired doneness is achieved.
