optional, for serving
Instructions
In a blender or food processor, add the garbanzo beans, including the liquid from one can.
Add the olive oil, lemon juice, tahini, garlic and salt. Puree until a smooth consistency is achieved.
Add the 3 tbsp of water for a creamier texture.
Spoon into serving bowl. Sprinkle with a dash of paprika for color.
